Inorder to enhance the communication and exchanges between employees, promote thebuilding of corporate culture, create a normal communication platform, and putinto practice understanding, respect and care for employees, TK held theemployee communication conference for the second quarter of 2018 at 14:00 on June28, 2018 in the lecture hall on the first floor of the administration building.More than 280 persons including senior executives, managers and employeerepresentatives attended the conference. The East China Division alsoparticipated in the conference through on-site connection.
Thefirst part of the conference was to thank the winning teams and individuals inthe last quarter for their long-term contributions to TK. It was their dedicationand hard work that made today’s TK.
Thesecond part was self-introduction of 10 new D-level colleagues in this quarter.They were Mr. Sun Lei, customer manager, Marketing Division, SuzhouInjection Molding Department, Mr. Wang Jian, engineeringdirector of Engineering Division, Suzhou No.2 Injection Molding Department, Mr.Wang Longhai, manager of High Efficiency No.2 Injection Molding Department, Mr.Wu Weiquan, manager of senior project of Model Standard Project Department, Mr.Ma Jun, customer manager, Injection Molding Marketing Department, Mr. Yao Peng,recruitment and employee relations manager of Human Resources IntegratedManagement Group, Mr. Yang Zhiyun, assistant quality manager, Injection QualityDepartment, Ms. Yang Xue, deputy manager of purchasing, Injection MaterialsDivision (Development Group), Ms. Jiao Qiyi, PMC supervisor, PMC Department,Medical No.1 Injection Division and Mr. Wu Jiao, business analyst of theInformation Systems Department. Among them, Mr. Ma Jun and Mr. Yang Zhiyun wereabsent due to business trips. Welcome thenew colleagues with warm applause. I believe that their admission would bringfresh vitality to TK.
In thethird part, Ms. Zeng Xieqin, Director of the Human Resources Department, gave abrief presentation and sharing on the WeChat complaints. She said that as ofthe second quarter, TK received a total of 31 complaints (19 in management, 10in ethics, and 2 in security), of which 28 had been processed and 3 were beingprocessed. I hope that everyone would continue to follow TK’s WeChat complaintplatform and offer advice and suggestions for the TK's development.
The fourth part was employee's voice and suggestions. A total ofsix questions were collected in the pre-collection stage, namely, the officeenvironment issue of the Second Finish Machining Department, the construction of the runway outside thefootball field, the company's employee birthday welfare, duty shift in summerholidays, whether the husband and wife can work in the same department andfinancial reimbursement. Relevant persons in charge gave detailedanswers. After that, representatives present at the conference alsoparticipated in the communication through WeChat wall. The senior management respondedto employees’ voices and suggestions. Nearly 100 employees' voices weresubmitted to the on-site WeChat wall. Since the conference time was limited,the problems that were not answered on the spot would be followed up by theHuman Resources Department.
At the end of the conference, Ms. Teng Fengqiong from Special IQuality Department shared her understanding of the culture of integrity. Shesaid that honesty is a preservative of the cultural system. The unclean behaviornot only destroys the interests of the company but also undermines the fair,just and open culture system that all TK people strive to build. In TK, theconcept of integrity is by no means a slogan hanging on the wall, but thecultural cornerstone and spiritual belief of all TK people!
The development depends on the way of thinking and the futuredepends on the vision. Let us get together to maintain sufficient enthusiasmand passion, striving to make the TK the global leader.
