On July 7, Guangming District Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) Poverty Alleviation Work & "No Bribery" Association Mobilization Meeting was successfully held in the multi-functional hall of Guangming District Party Committee, to further implement the work deployment of corresponding poverty alleviation of the central, provincial, municipal and district Party committee and the work requirements of the district Party Committee on promoting "three no". The meeting was hosted by the Mai Kuidi, deputy director of United Front Work Department of District Party Committee, Vice Chairman (Vice President) of District Federation Of Industry And Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce), Qin Jingteng, member of the standing committee of District Party Committee, director of United Front Work Department, Ma Zhizhong, supervisor member of District Discipline Inspection Committee, member of the standing committee of Discipline Inspection Committee, Li Tiehua, deputy director general of District Bureau of Industry and Information, Mr. Alan P. L. Li, Chairman (President) of District Federation Of Industry And Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce), member representatives of district CPPCC federation of industry and commerce, economy, member enterprise representatives of District Federation Of Industry And Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) attended this meeting.

Qin Jingteng, member of the standing committee of District Party Committee, director of United Front Work Department, fully recognized the achievements of entrepreneurs in District Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) in active participated in poverty alleviation work over the years, especially the generous and chivalrous deeds of donating during the outbreak and important roles in the epidemic prevention and control of the district, and proposed several opinions on education poverty alleviation project of District Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) in Tianlin County and “No Bribery” Association:

First, we must fully understand the spirit of the CPC Central Committee's work on poverty alleviation, fully implement the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee, provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and autonomous regions for poverty alleviation, and focus on long-term mechanisms to achieve targeted assistance, mobilize social forces, and build consensus on poverty alleviation. Entrepreneurs in the district should effectively enhance their sense of mission, responsibility and sense of urgency to participate in poverty alleviation, and have the confidence and strength to win the battle against poverty. Second, we must deep implement the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee, promote the guideline of “dare not to corrupt, cannot corrupt, do not want to corrupt”. Entrepreneurs in the whole district should further improve political stance, resolutely implement the requirement of "no bribery”, actively establish “No Bribery” Association to fight against corruption and further reinforce the landslide victory in the battle against corruption.

At the mobilization meeting, Ma Zhizhong, supervisor member of District Discipline Inspection Committee, member of the standing committee of Discipline Inspection Committee,reported the work plan and relevant measures of “No Bribery” Association, called on enterprises in the whole district to join “No Bribery” Association, practice the promise of no bribery, implant integrity in the cultural soil of the enterprise, strengthen integrity risk prevention and control, and gradually form a new pattern of anti-corruption. Li Tiehua, deputy director general of District Bureau of Industry and Information expressed that he would actively support and cooperate with the establishment "No Bribery Association" to further build a healthy political and business environment, firmly oppose bribery and create a fair and transparent development environment.

Mr. Alan P. L. Li, Chairman (President) of District Federation Of Industry And Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce) expressed at the meeting that member entrepreneurs should shoulder the task of the time, fully respond to the call of District Party Committee and District Government. First, they should actively establish “No Bribery” Association to become the important promoter of “three no” work of District Party Committee, vigorously cultivate integrity culture, and constantly strengthen the awareness of integrity risk prevention and control. Second, they should take the initiative to shoulder social responsibilities and carry forward the fine tradition of solidarity and cooperation at the critical moment of poverty alleviation, and implement targeted poverty alleviation work through donation, education assistance.

Entrepreneurs attending the meeting also expressed that, as the participants, beneficiaries and witnesses of reform and opening up, they would shoulder the task, repay the society, carry forward the spirit of great love, cooperate with Party committee and government and people in difficulties, contribute to the battle against poverty, show social responsibility in concrete actions, help poor people out of poverty and become rich, have a happy well-off life together, and gather great power for building a well-off society in an all-round way.
